松子鱼 |

Literally, this dish is called "Pine Nut Fish"
but I prefer calling it the famous "Inside Out Fish." A fish is
turned inside out, fried, and topped with a sweet sauce and pine nuts. This
makes it much easier to avoid bones than would be with a typical Chinese
fish dish. |

(Sichuan) "Boiled Water Fish" In this dish, a live fish is killed,
chopped up and boiled in a big pot of oil along with vegetables including,
but not limited to, bok choy, lettuce, or sprouts. (very spicy) |

Who would have thunk it, but squid and cumin make for an excellent combination.
This dish may be a little hard to find, but if you see it on a menu, Cumin
Squid is definitely worth a sampling. |
